News out of San Bernardino just got worse.

That brings the death total to three, including gunman Cedric Amperson (53) and his wife, Karen Smith (53), a teacher who was the only intended target of the shooting.

Hospital personnel say the other young victim, who has not been identified, has been "stabilized."

Police Chief Jarrod Burguan (above) confirmed both boys were standing behind Smith when her husband showed up to "drop something off" but instead opened fire with a .357 without saying a word.

Burguan says though Amperson likely didn't intend to harm any of the students, he did reload once during the shooting.

Just horrible.

Authorities say the unidentified shooter reportedly checked in the front school office and signed in where he was known by school staff. He was given permission by the teacher to enter the classroom.

The man then shot the female teacher with a handgun in the classroom, where two students were unfortunately standing too close.

"I don't even know if I would forgive him. Just because of what he did."

Her husband, Farhan Kahn, also agrees that his brother-in-law's terrible actions can't possibly be justified, adding:

"With what he did, no. What he did to his own family, to his daughter, to our family, to the innocent people there — no. I wouldn't forgive him."

Saira was in complete disbelief when she learned her family members were responsible for the senseless shooting, saying:

"I can never imagine my brother or my sister-in-law doing something like this. Especially because they were happily married, they had a beautiful 6-month-old daughter. It's just mind boggling why they would do something like this."
