Not only are Louboutins pretty to look at, they're also a weapon! Don't believe us?

Just ask the general manager of Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen in San Francisco who spent the weekend in the ER after being clocked on the head with one of the red-soled shoes.

Esprit Leaves The US

The San Francisco fashion label, Esprit de Corp., has left the US and Canada and will now focus on other markets.

The brand was originally started by Susie and Doug Tompkin but after they split, Susie took control and later it was purchased by investors which eventually ended up in the hands of Hong Kong investors.

The new Hong Kong owners are the ones pulling the company out of the US to concentrate on other locations as they said their earnings for fiscal 2011 dropped 98 percent.

In addition, they’ll also be shutting down 80 unprofitable stores which include locations in Spain, Sweden, and Denmark.

Esprit will also spend over $2.3 billion to help revamp the brand, open new locations, refurbish stores and focus on large markets like Paris, China, and other spots in Europe and Asia.

Pilot Arrests Man For Refusing To Pull Up His Pants

We couldn't make this up if we tried, folks.

A 20-year-old US Airways passenger was arrested at the San Francisco International Airport this week and it's all because of his pants!

Deshon Marman was boarding a flight to attend his best friend's funeral when he was asked to pull up his pants. After he refused, the pilot made a citizen's arrest and ordered all passengers to evacuate the plane.

Wow.

The airline said in a statement the captain was merely exercising his right to place Marman under citizen's arrest for refusing to deplane, but they did admit they don't have a dress code beyond "appropriate, that doesn't offend passengers".

Once removed, Deshon was charged with "trespassing, battery and resisting arrest" and not long after his arrest, the San Francisco Police Department also issued a statement about what allegedly went down:

"The aircraft Captain was notified of the incident and requested the SFPD be called. Two officers were dispatched and responded to the scene. Upon arrival the officers interviewed the witnesses. The Captain stated that he was not going to fly with Marman on the flight because he was displaying his underwear in an inappropriate manner and asked for him to be removed. Officers advised the Captain of the elements of trespassing which required a citizen arrest be made. Prior to the citizen arrest being made, numerous requests were made to Marman to cooperate and that he would then be allowed to continue on the flight. The Captain went with officers to ask once more for Marman to pull up his pants and when he refused, the Captain told him to leave the aircraft and that he could not fly on this flight. When the Marman refused again, the Captain placed him under citizen arrest. SFPD then told Marman to get up and walk off the aircraft. He refused numerous commands over a 10 minute period. Finally Marman walked off the aircraft onto the jet way where he resisted arrest and a struggle ensued during the handcuffing procedure. One officer was injured in the scuffle with non life threatening injuries."

Botox Injecting Mother Under Investigation

Good!

Pageant mom Kerry Campbell aka the mom who injects her 8 year old daughter with Botox is now being investigated by the San Francisco Human Services Agency.

According to the SFHSA, they received an exuberant amount of phone calls from outraged viewers who saw Kerry's interview with Good Morning America's Lara Spencer on Thursday.

Trent Rohrer, a rep for the agency, said: "It's pretty unusual for a mom to be injecting an 8-year-old with botox and certainly is grounds for an investigation."

Good luck explaining that to her.

Hopefully they investigate the Shady McShaderson who's providing Campbell the Botox as well.
