Woah! For anyone questioning the legitimacy of Charlie Sheen's
mental "winning" breakdown, take a look at this clip (above) of the warlock appearing Larry King Live in 1988 shortly after the success of Platoon.
Intelligent, humble, gracious, and shockingly, he actually cared about his body!
As Sheen talks about his success as an actor after the war film, he told Larry King:
"It's not about getting bigger, it's about being better. It's about focusing on the work, staying true to myself, not abusing the body, and just trying to put across performances that people are entertained by."
It looks like his priorities have changed with age, to say the least.
This clip reminds us of why we fell in love with Charlie Sheen to begin with, but at the same time, saddens us to realize we may never get him back.
