The singer charted a yacht with a group of her friends where they boated out to Capri Island to eat dinner at Il San Pietro restaurant.

Luckily for Sarah, her trip was taken care of by billionaire Sir Sol Kerzner who was celebrating his 75th birthday on the Mediterranean island.
