With Kelly as our inspiration, and me being the messenger, I will inform you that adding a cropped jacket is the way to go. Paired with a cropped top, a cropped jacket will cover your shoulders and arms, which sucks the "streetwalker" out of your look.

Last month, I mentioned floral denim. A floral top under a solid jacket screams SPRING! A cropped denim jacket can also be fun, especially if you chopped it yourself.
