The title of the article is Pilots 2015: The Year Of Ethnic Casting — About Time Or Too Much Of A Good Thing?

Basically the article posits that after scoring big hits with Empire, Fresh Off The Boat, and How To Get Away With Murder, networks are making a big push to put more ethnicities front and center on TV — but that this initiative is wrong because it's hurting white actors!
WELL, Shonda Rhimes, the executive producer of HTGAWM — as well as the creator of Scandal and Grey's Anatomy — has a response to that! She tweeted:
