American Apparel’s controversies are SO common, that it’s getting hard to keep track of them all!

The retailer known for its voyeuristic style and over the top campaigns, has been BANNED in the U.K. after an investigation by the Advertising Standards Authority.

The ASA launched their investigation after receiving a complaint for their sexually inappropriate ads, prompting their SECOND band in in 3 years!!!

American Apparel fought back, and cited freedom of creative expression for their right to use the racy photos!

A rep from the line responded to the investigation by saying:

And no, for those of you who are wondering, it has nothing to do with Edward Cullen. (Do not even try to act like that wasn't where some of your heads went.)

Dominic Cooper has been cast a scandalous new film called Summer in February. While we don't know his role just yet, we know the film is based off the Christopher Menaul book about the Newlyn School of artists fabled 'Lamorna Group', which included Alfed Munnings and Laura and Harold Knight.

But this time, it isn't about a nasty letter to a contest winner or an alleged pervert of a CEO.

This time it's simply about their newest, racy ad campaign.

Clearly, the message American Apparel wants to get across is this: If you wear their, you're getting laid.
