So many cool people in this movie! It's like the New Year's Day of creepy movies. LOLz.

Back in May, we learned that shooting had begun on Tim Burton's Johnny Depp-starring film Dark Shadows.

Now, there's been a casting update, and we've learned that both Jonny Lee Miller and Burton's wifey Helena Bonham Carter have signed on to the film (above).

Very exciting! We're seriously pumped for this one!

Somewhere in the depths of the New Zealand Film Archive, previously undiscovered footage from Alfred Hitchcock's first film was found!

What was the footage of? It was the first thirty minutes of 1923's The White Shadow.

They found it in a collection of unidentified American nitrate prints that transferred over to the New Zealand archive in 1989.
