Dannii Minogue has announced that she's unable to appear on UK's X Factor this year due to scheduling conflicts.

Days before the new series was to launch, Dannii expressed how bummed she was to quit the show. She said:

”I am so disappointed that I can't be a part of The X Factor this year. I'm going to miss the show and the amazing team who work so incredibly hard on it.”

Because of her commitment to Australia's Got Talent, she explains:

"During discussions for me to return to the X Factor it became clear that unfortunately, this year, the X Factor audition dates in the UK clash with the live shows of Australia's Got Talent during June and July.

For this reason I am unable to return. I want to wish the new judges every success for this year's show, and can't wait to see who the British public choose as their next big star.

Miss Spears has postponed a scheduled appearance on Ellen.

Here's a statement about the postponement from Britney's camp:

"The Ellen DeGeneres Show [interview] has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts on both ends. Trying to put it back together for a later date."

Too bad!

Hopefully they'll be able to reschedule for sometime soon! They were so funny together the last time she was on!
