Bill O'Brien, Penn State's current football coach, has one heck of an uphill battle.

Ever since the NCAA "laid the smackdown" on the school in the form of a huge fine and a ban from bowl games, players have been scooped up by other schools.

Players are able to transfer to another school and will be eligible to play immediately, so of course other school are looking to grab up the picks of the litter.

Coach Bill was recently on ESPN talking about how other coaches were recruiting his players without even a courtesy phone call and gives reasons that players should stay at Penn State.
