In order to eat less, you have to eat SLOWLY. Try chewing your food at least 50 times. I know that sounds like a lot, but you may actually find you enjoy your food more and eat much less. Plus, in order to unlock the nutrients in your food, it is suggested that you chew your food fully before swallowing it.
