On Friday, Charlie Sheen's former fiancée — whose real name is Scottine Ross — filed for a temporary restraining order against the actor, after an audio tape reportedly revealed he had threatened to have her killed.
That same day, a judge granted her request.
Even though the porn star had recently obtained an emergency restraining order against her ex, the protection only lasted a few days.
With this new legal victory, the adult film actress' order won't expire until just before the end of the month.
According to the court docs, the gorgeous gal's lawyer claims her ex "choked Ms. Ross to the point of almost losing consciousness" and "repeatedly kicked Ms. Ross while she was on the ground."
The papers also allege that the 50-year-old's past lady love found out about the audio tape that supposedly captured the Two and a Half Men alum threatening her life.
