WHAT WHAT WHAT!
Well slap some skin-tight, bullet-proof leather on our body ’cause we've heard whisperings that Ben Affleck has been asked to DIRECT the Justice League movie!
Ben has supposedly already been sent the Will Beall-penned script for DC Comics' not so rag-tag team of iconic super heroes (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern), and The Town director will be talking to studio execs about The Avengers' rival project super soon!
While we know

We had no problem with Javier Bardem playing gunslinger Roland Deschain in the adaptation of Stephen Kings' series, The Dark Tower, but Russell Crowe might be even better!
The thespian is no stranger to killing people on screen and looks good in a cowboy hat. In fact, the trailer for RZA's kung fu epic, The Man With The Iron Fist, puts Crowe's credentials for the covetted role on full display.
He is reportedly in talks to

We knew Frank Oz didn't have much love for the revitalized version of The Muppets, but the more he talks about it, the more it sounds like he HATES it.
While being interviewed on the red carpet at the 38th annual Saturn Awards, where he was honored for his work in showbiz, the co-creator of The Muppets offered more criticism of the most recent movie.
Before the update even hit theaters, he said he "wasn’t happy with the script." When asked if he enjoyed Jason Segel's reboot, the original voice of Fozzie Bear said:

Robot vs. Robot! It's Real Steel for real!
That's right! We're going to see the original Terminator take on the latest model when Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sam Worthington meet in the upcoming action flick, Ten.
Training Day writer David Ayer is set to direct a script from Skip Woods (The A-Team) which reworks Agatha Christie's classic Ten Little Indians into a DEA vs. cartel shoot-'em-up.
No word as yet who we'll see as the other eight warriors, but we're guessing it'll be whoever doesn't make it into Expendables 3.
How far in advance does Fandango work?

We love Anne Hathaway, not only because she rarely lets all the Hollywood shiz get to her head, but because she is still a fangirl at heart!
Hathaway, forever our Princess of Genovia, and of course Catwoman, recently opened up about the very first time she read the script for The Dark Knight Rises!
As one of the first people to read the Christopher Nolan script, Anne confessed:

We've been hearing about these supposed sequels for years now, but it sounds like Roland Emmerich and co-writer Dean Devlin finally got their shiz together!
In a recent interview, Devlin spilled the news that he and Emmerich have developed an idea for the sequel which would be "a worthy path to go." He revealed that he's working with the blockbuster director again "for the first time in 11 years," as he explained:

This just in: Newsroom premiere did pretty damn good!
2.7 million total viewers took advantage of their HBO subscription, to see Jeff Daniels in his new role Sunday night.
That's waaaaay better than the Girls first season premiere, which only ranged up 1.1 hipsters.
The new news show even out-performed True Blood's series premiere — which picked up 1.4 million fangers for the pilot airing.
Of course… that's not the case anymore. The new episode of True Blood, that came on right before the new Aaron Sorkin show debut, sunk their fangs into 4.7 million viewers.
But in all reality, no one expected a show about a cable news network beating a seXXXy show about vampires anyway! LOL!
