American Idol has FINALLY crowned its season 11 winner, after a whopping, record-breaking 132 million votes!!!

Last night on the 2-hour star-studded finale, Phillip Phillips took home the title, with 16 year old Jessica Sanchez not far behind!!

Season ten winner, Scotty McCreery presented the silver microphone trophy to Phil, right before he took the stage to sing his winner's song, Home!

We really like the song they chose this year for him…definitely not as cheesy as some winners' songs of the past! LOLz!

Looks like Idol is pulling out ALL the stops for their season 11 finale tonight!

While we previously mentioned that Kristin Chenoweth will be performing Donna Summer’s Enough Is Enough with Barbra Streisand finalist Jessica Sanchez, that’s just the beginning for the show’s performances!

Season four winner, Carrie Underwood, followed Kris Allen and Jennifer Hudson’s lead as she took her new album’s title track, Blown Away to the Idol stage last night!

11 Idol contestants standing in a row, votes get tallied and Shannon has to go!

The slowly sinking ship that is American Idol finalized their top 10 contestants last night, booting off the 16 year old Shannon Magrane from Tampa, FL.

The remaining competitors are winners in a certain sense - regardless of their future on the show, they'll make $$$ and get professional stage-time from the nationwide American Idol tour.

The whole gang's back for another "journey" on American Idol!

Season 11 will see Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, and Ryan Seacrest take the helm as they watch countless aspiring singers audition to become the next American Idol.

It's looking like Brad Womack will make a return to The Bachelor out of desperation!

During the season 11 finale of the show, Womack denied both DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft, but he's ready to continue his search for love. Here's what a source had to say on the subject:

"Brad is very sincere and believes in the show. That's why he didn't pick someone last time. He was never in it for the publicity. He wants to find a wife."

More from the source:

"Brad knows he has to open up more. Last time, he was reserved with the women."

Hmm…he seemed to have no problem opening up when he rejected both DeAnna and Jenni at the end of season 11. Guess we'll see how much he "opens up" when/if he signs on for the new season out of desperation.
