A mother-of-three who went missing on Friday has been assumed dead by Seattle police after human remains were found in a local recycling bin on Saturday.
In a press conference on Monday, Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole said that the body is still being examined, but all evidence points to the remains being those of Ingrid Lyne.
According to reports, a homeowner in a south Seattle neighborhood found three body parts packaged in plastic bags in his recycling bin around 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. The resident alerted police, who later confirmed they were human remains.
The 40-year-old victim was reported missing on Saturday by her ex-husband, after he tried dropping off their three daughters and found
