Victim 10 has finally spoken in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse trial.
Victim 10 testified that when he met Sandusky through his charity "The Second Mile" he began molesting him soon after.
Sadly not surprising, but still, just disgusting.
Jerry Sandusky is currently under house arrest while awaiting trial on over 50 felony charges after being accused of sexually molesting dozens of boys, while running his Second Mile charity, and yesterday, spoke to the media after a court hearing concerned his bail and home confinement, during which he actually COMPLAINED that he couldn't go outside and play with his dog - as his backyard is adjacent to a school playground!
Watch his absolutely nauseating comments (above).
When you know you're guilty, what's the point?
Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State University football coach facing 50-counts of sexually abusing 10 kids, waived his right to a preliminary hearing in a packed courtroom on Tuesday morning.
Sources say that
"These allegations are false. I didn't do those things, " accused child molester Jerry Sandusky said in his most recent interview. "I don't know what else to say."
The former football defensive coordinator at Penn State University, who has been charged with 40 counts of sexually abusing young boys from his Second Mile charity, is denying all wrong doing these days.
In an interview with the New York Times, during which he avoids any eye contact with the reporter or camera, he calls the allegations "unfounded". He also revealed that Joe Paterno, who was informed of the "horseplay" in the PSU locker room showers with boys as young as 10-years-old, never confronted him over the issue.
Ugh! We wish somebody had seen the signs so much earlier (and wish those who DID see the signs actually did something about it)!
Looking back at old interviews and passages in his autobiography, it's pretty clear that anyone claiming to love kids as much as Jerry Sandusky probably shouldn't be allowed around them!
As if the title isn't creepy enough, Touched: The Jerry Sandusky Story includes lots of talk about maybe loving kids a little too much. On top of admitting to his passion for being around and hugging kids, Jerry wrote:
As we kind of expected, it sounds like the Second Mile foundation is preparing to fold following the Jerry Sandusky Penn State sex scandal.
David Woodle, the new interim chief executive of the charity, admits that a number of donors are no longer willing to support Second Mile and the organization is currently seeking to transfer its youth programs to other nonprofits.
Meanwhile, Woodle isn't giving up without a fight and is still hoping for a little help from other donors, telling sources:
“We’re working hard to figure out how the programs can survive this event. We aren’t protective of this organization that it survives at all costs.”
The charity's board of directors has also hired former Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham to investigate how Second Mile handled the scandal after learning of allegations against Sandusky in 2002 and 2008.
Her inquiry should be finished by the end of the year, after which the board will publicly address issues of concern such as WHY Sandusky was allowed to continue working with children despite reports of sexual abuse in PSU football facilities.
