We're not going to lie: we're getting SERIOUSLY nervous for her!

Speculation that Miley Cyrus is a self-harmer has followed the starlet for quite some time, as she's been spotted out on numerous occasions in the past sporting what look to be a series of scars above her left wrist and up the arm!

Combined with some elusive Twitter messages regarding the very real and dangerous condition that plagues way too many teenagers in this country, it now seems abundantly clear that the former Disney starlet has faced - and perhaps is STILL facing - some serious personal demons!

Woah! We didn't notice THIS when we saw Miley Cyrus rushing out of a pilates class on Thursday!

Is it just us or do those scratches look like they could possibly be from cutting?

Don't scare us like this, gurl!

We've spotted a similar sighting before and Mileybird denied any problems with self-harm, but never gave an explanation as to how the mysterious marks appeared.

We sincerely hope there is a simple explanation for the scrapes and they are not self-inflicted wounds.

Maybe her dogs just got a little rowdy during play time…
