Is Nike Taking Us Back To The Future 4 Years Early???
Get ready for a BIG announcement from Nike!
After a year of speculation, the athletic company is holding a press conference tonight in Hollywood where they are expected to unveil Marty McFly's self-lacing shoes.
Those who were invited to the big event were called at midnight and flown to El Lay TODAY. When they arrived to their hotel rooms, a box was waiting in the room along with a recorded message from Doc Brown on an iPod shuffle. The message said:
“Welcome to Los Angeles. If my calculations are correct, over the next 24 hours you are about to see some SERIOUS SH*T!”
Ha!
Inside the box was the actual invite, which read "IT’S ABOUT TIME…an unveiling that could change the course of time" along with a pair metal shield glasses.
Nike also left some mid 80′s candy, a throwback Pepsi and a copy of Back To The Future.
