Stop crying Amber! Everything is going to be okay!

A Madison county judge has accepted Teen Mom star tragedy, Amber Portwood's plea deal! Instead of 5-years in prison she's going to REHAB!

Last week Amber made a plea deal with prosecutors, then pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of probation violation.

Amber agreed to avoid 5 years behind bars for all her misdeeds by completing a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program. The deal is certainly MORE than fair.

Now that the judge has agreed to these conditions, Amber is free to leave jail (her home away from home) and go recover from her "addictions."

That said, we will be proud of the Teen Mom if she defies our expectations by completing rehab and staying sober.

Come on Amber, make us proud! Do it for your kid!

We've been wondering why Mariah Yeater's mom has been MIA!

You'd think her mom would be around supporting her daughter during her very public time of need. But we've seen neither hide nor hair of Justin Bieber's "baby momma"'s momma since the 20-year-old made headlines for flied a paternity suit.

Now we know why: Mariah's mom, Michelle Yeater has been convicted of battery with serious bodily injury.

It's pretty serious stuff too! She was arrested in Nov. 2007 after she attacked a thrift store clerk, Dominique Ross, sending her to the hospital. According to Ross, Michelle was convicted and sentenced to four years in prison. She served two years and was released on probation.

A mother with that kind of past could defiantly damage your credibility!

We hope, for Mariah's 3-month-old son's sake, that the Yeater apple falls far, FAR, from the tree!

You do the crime, now you gotta do the time!

Rachel Lee, the mastermind behind the Bling Ring who burglarized the homes of Orlando Bloom, Megan Fox, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan, has been sentenced to 4 years in jail.

The 21-year-old pleaded no contest in the burglary of Audrina Patridge's Hollywood Hills back in 2009.

She's been charged with one count of first degree residential burglary and was accused of taking around $43,000 of precious items such as jewelry, a laptop, designer jeans, and even Audrina's passport.

A California man was sentenced to prison for four years after he was caught stalking women's Facebook pages to search for clues to take over their email accounts.

George Bronk would search their emails, looking for nude or semi-nude photos or videos sent to their husbands or boyfriends.

"This case serves as a stark example of what occurs in so-called cyberspace. It has very real consequences," Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Lawrence Brown said. "The intrusion of one's profile is no different than intruding one's home."

Bronk pleaded guilty to charges such as computer intrusion, false impersonation and possession of child pornography. His own lawyer said that he took responsibility for his actions, but showed no remorse. She was hoping for a more lenient sentencing of one year in jail.

Ew, totally creepy and gross. Four years may seem like a harsh sentence, but hacking emails is such a violation of privacy. Good riddance.

Glendale resident John Levin was sentenced on Tuesday to 16 years to life in prison for stabbing his wife to death and microwaving his Pomeranian.

A month ago, the psycho was found guilty of the second-degree murder of Mrs. Levin. Earlier he had pled guilty to felony animal cruelty, for which he is receiving 8 months in prison.

Mr. Levin, once volunteered for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’'s Department-affiliated Montrose Search and Rescue Team, will be paroled for life after his release from prison.

He will likely pay $5,136 in restitution for the state's victim compensation program and the funeral costs for his wife. And with a little luck will be beaten daily in prison.

A nutz California man strapped 15 live lizards to his chest and tried to walk through customs at Los Angeles International Airport

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service says Michael Plank of Lomita was returning from Australia when customs agents found two geckos, two monitor lizards and 11 smaller lizards fastened to his body.

He has been sentenced to 15 months in prison and was also fined $2,000 and will be on supervised release for three years after completing his sentence.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Dennis Mitchell says the animals are at the San Diego Zoo but he wouldn’t comment on what would happen to them.
