Jerry Casale, one of the co-founders of the iconic 80s pop band Devo, got married to Krista Napp on Friday in Santa Monica, California.

From Froyo To The Petting Zoo, Here's Our Week In Twitpics, Instagrams, & Snapchats!

Llamas and rabbits and dogs, OH MY!

This week we went to the High Park Zoo in Toronto, Canada and boy, did we have a blast!

Not only did we get to pet the MOST ADORABLE of animals, we ventured off into the playground!

So fun!

Also, because of the heat, we cooled down with some delicious froyo!

The Time Lapse Elevator Ride At 1 World Trade Center Shows The Entire History Of NYC's Skyline Including The Rise & Fall Of The Twin Towers

At One World Observatory, which will open to the public atop 1 World Trade Center this May, even the elevator ride gives you a history lesson.

During the ride, a video shows a time lapse of the New York City skyline starting in the 1500s and rapidly moving to the present.

First buildings, then skyscrapers rise as you go up story after story, and then, for just a second, as the clock passes through September 11, 2001 — the World Trade Center goes away.

The moment is almost imperceptible at first as the years tumble by so quickly. But when you notice the sudden disappearance of the other tower, it's very affecting!

David W. Checketts, Chairman and CEO of Legends Hospitality — the company that created the observatory — believes marking the event was the only way to honor the original World Trade Center. He explained:

On September 11th, 2001, the World Trade Center came crashing down on top of thousands of people.

One of those people was Genelle Guzman-McMillan and she was the last living person to be pulled from the rubble.

It wasn't a fireman who pulled her out either… it was a hero dog!!

DMB Announces New Album Coming Out In September!

Ants are marching in our head right now. Or at least, one of Dave Matthews Band's most recognizable songs is playing on repeat.

The group made a sudden announcement on Wednesday that they are releasing a new album on September 11, which explains the MASSIVE U.S. tour they are embarking on this summer.

Dave and his boys quietly uploaded a video on YouTube (above) to spread the news about Away From The World, their first studio album since 2009's Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King.

Former NY Ranger Mark Messier Running NYC Marathon For 9/11 Charity

In September of 2001, the New York Rangers were scheduled to hold training camp at Chelsea Piers in NYC and stay in the Marriot Hotel at the World Trade Center.

Fortunately for the 60-man roster, including NHL Hall of Famer Mark Messier, the dressing rooms weren’t adequate and the team was moved to Madison Square Garden. When tragedy struck on one of the darkest days in American history, the NHL team realized they could have just as easily lost their lives on 9/11.

Ten years later, Mark Messier is honoring the families of the victims who could not avoid perishing with the Twin Towers. The retired athlete is running the New York City Marathon on behalf of Tomorrow’s Children Fund, which benefits the wives and widows of the attacks.

Speaking on his commitment to giving back to the victim's families, Messier said:

Chilling New 9/11 Tapes Released, Includes Military Reactions And Black Box Audio!

Every time we watch something about this… Every time we listen to something about this…

SO. SAD.

With just a few days to go before the tenth anniversary of the tragic September 11 attacks, new tapes have been released chronicling the military's reactions to 9/11 as well as air traffic control as they track the hijacked planes.

A bit of the black box audio from one of the planes is heard as well, including an order given by one of the hijackers.
