Leonardo DiCaprio is, disappointingly, a smoker. Blech!

Be it regular cigarettes or e-cigarettes, the fact of the matter is that he doesn't care enough about his health, longevity, or body to not partake in such a NASTY habit!

E-cigarettes might be a bit better than the regular kind, but the jury's still out on just how healthy they are. From looking at this pic (above) of him pulling into Chateau Marmont, we can't tell if he's backtracked from the e-kind. We would hope not, but we seriously just can't tell!

Regardless, it's suuuupa lame to see him holding any kind of smoking apparatus! LOLz!

Healthy is a better look, Leo! This… this is just disappointing!

Well! Someone is going from 0 to 60 in no time!

John Waters wants you to know that he did indeed write an entire sequel to Hairspray, and to prove it he's dishing with a synopsis!

We have never seen someone put so much effort into not wanting something to get made — so if you DON'T want the sequel to your 1988/2007 movie/musical to ever get made, this is the plot you write for it. It's a fool-proof plan! LOLz!

Seriously, the term "jumping the shark" was coined for both shows that literally jump sharks and for sequels with SINGING ZITS.

And, don't get us wrong, we love Mr. Waters, but we have no idea if he's punkin' us on this one!

Leonardo DiCaprio wasn't kidding when he said he was taking a break from acting.

And just like he works hard, the man plays even harder!

The Oscars-overlooked Django Unchained star was spotted lounging poolside with some friends in Miami- that is, until the phone rang!

Leo did not seem pleased to have his R & R interrupted by a Q & A, even if it was from the FBI!

(They still keep in touch ever since J. Edgar- you know, just to say hey, see what's up.)

We're guessing that a true artist like Leo won't be able to stay out of Hollywood for long- but the next role is going to have to really be something special!

Until then, even his agents better not bother him on his sojourn!

Manti Te'o, in all seriousness, has to be super embarrassed. If he actually had no idea that his girlfriend of years didn't really exist, then we feel for him. We really do.

On the other hand, it's kinda HIGHlarious and leaves the door open to some AH-MAZING spoofs — especially if he's known all along. If he's part of the hoax, it's totally fair game! Ha!

No jail time!

Chris Evans’ brother, Scott Evans, has pulled a Lindsay Lohan and gotten off the hook with his court case after being charged with attempted possession of a controlled substance when he tried to buy cocaine from an undercover cop.

Captain America’s former soap star brother bit the bullet by pleading guilty and was sentenced to attending 60 Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

But get this!

He is so totes not pulling a LiLo and has already started attending the meetings to put this case far behind him.

Someone doesn't want to become a court regular!

And if he can complete them all in six months and behave, the case will be thrown out as if he was never foolish enough to try buying drugs from a cop.

Hey Hollywood, it pays to be honest!
