Hulk Hogan has been battling Gawker over the release of a one-minute clip of him getting down and durrrty with radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge’s wife.

But now, the wrestling legend has backed down.

So unexpected of a man who sports a tough and manly platinum blonde handlebar mustache. LOLz!

Hulk has dropped his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker for leaking the tape that was made six years ago.

While the case will be closed for now, Hulkster can refile as he dropped it “without prejudice.”

We're not one to bet, but we'd be surprised if Hulk let this drop altogether.

His bedroom behavior was just too awkward to be proud about it!
