Former NBA Star Steve Francis Accused Of Sexual Assault!

former-nba-star-steve-francis-accused-of-sexual-assault

Gross!

Former NBA star Steve Francis has been accused of sexual assaulting a 20-year-old woman in Texas!

According to the police report filed regarding the complaint, the victim is named Shauna Simien, a singer signed to his record label, and when she went in to meet Steve at his office to discuss her contract in May of 2010, he "groped" her through her clothing by reaching down and grabbing her between her legs!

She then apparently screamed for him to stop, and a few of her friends who were there managed to come in and break things up.

Most appalling of all, however, is that the case is still OPEN and no charges have been filed. Simien is reportedly so frustrated that she's considering pressing charges with the DA's office.

Understandable! It's hard enough for women to come forward in situations like these, let alone having to deal with authorities if nothing is being done right away!

Stay strong, gurl!

Pro Wrestler Fights Against Sexual Violence

Pro Wrestler Joins Fight Against Sexual Violence

Mick Foley, AKA “Cactus Jack” or “Mankind,” is one of the toughest guys around.

Outside of fighting in the ring, Mick fights against rape and sexual violence. And while that may seem like a strange combination of passions, it’s what makes him such a unique asset to the movement.

Said Mick:

"I remember being in seventh grade when I learned the definition of paradox. It doesn’t seem like a pro-wrestler would be able to lend much when it comes to a campaign against sexual violence, but for some reason I kept telling myself that it made perfect sense."

Mick has raised over $140,000 (and counting) for the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) since April by auctioning off various personal items. He even offered to mow the yards of people who donated over $5,000.

In his first year, Mick clocked over 500 hours of counseling and spoke to over 700 victims of sexual assault.

This man is a hero. For real. He is EXACTLY the type of person we need in this movement!

Denver Broncos Player Asks Judge To Hold Secret Court Hearing

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueZportzViolenceFootball

Perrish Cox

A Denver Bronco's cornerback charged with sexual assault is asking a judge to hold a court hearing in secret because allowing the public and media to attend could taint a jury.

Perrish Cox was arrested on December 9th for an alleged sexual assault that occurred on September 6, but the details of the allegations are unknown because documents in the case have been sealed.

While major news outlets like the Denver Post, The Associated Press, and the New York Times oppose the move, the NFL player's attorney is arguing that allowing the public and media to attend the preliminary hearing, where authorities will provide a judge details of the evidence, would affect Cox's right to a fair trial.

We understand your right to a fair trial, Perrish, but this is what happens when somebody in the public eye is accused of sexual assault.

People are going to want to know about the details.

Former NFL Player Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault

Claude Terrel, former St. Louis Rams guard, has been charged with some hideous crimes, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault and burglary.

Gross.

He’s being held in the Galveston County Jail in Texas with bail set to $600,000.

This isn’t the first time Terrel has gotten into trouble — in 2007 he was fired from the Rams being charged for assaulting his then-wife.

Yikes. He should clearly be locked up!
