On Friday, the We R Who We R singer also dropped her abuse allegations in her New York case as well.

In court, she told the judge that she is no longer relying on abuse claims in order get out of her contract with Luke's label, Kemosabe Records.

For the past couple of months, the Los Angeles musician has tried to appeal an April ruling where the court rejected all of her claims against the music maker.

Aside from the lawsuit, Kesha wants to get her music career on track, and has already sent 28 songs to her label.

We are eagerly awaiting her comeback.

Victim Shares Moving Letter As ANOTHER College Rapist Avoids Prison Time!

We really didn't want to have to deal with another story like this after the disgusting case of Brock Turner, and yet, here we are…

You'll remember that just a few short months ago, Turner was handed a ridiculously light sentence after being convicted of sexual assault as a student at Stanford University — and now, we are seeing virtually the same situation go down at the University of Colorado.

Austin James Wilkerson, a former CU student, was convicted of sexually assaulting another student that was "helpless" and "half-conscious," according to court documents.

But as disgusting as the crime may have been, Judge Patrick Butler decided Wilkerson somehow did NOT deserve any jail time after the conviction.

How is that even possible??

Understanding how ridiculous that is, the victim in Wilkerson's case — in a move parallel to Turner's innocent victim — made an incredible statement in the

For the NY suit, the 29-year-old artist is appealing an April ruling that negated her rape accusations, and her attempt to get out of her contract with Luke's label, Kemosabe Records.

For the past two years, the former collaborators have been involved in a bitter legal battle that has damaged both of their careers. However, the We R Who We R singer is determined to get back on track.

According to her lawyer Daniel Petrocelli:

"We have conveyed to Sony Music and the label Kesha's strong desire to release her next album and single as soon as possible."

She's already sent 28 songs to her label.

We just hope Kesha can get back on her feet! We need to hear new music ASAP!

Joe Biden Will Guest Star On Law & Order: SVU — Find Out What The Very Important Episode Will Be About!

The Obamas may be staying in Washington after the election, but it looks like Joe Biden is heading to Hollywood — the Vice President is set to appear in an upcoming episode of Law & Order: SVU.

But this guest spot isn't just for fun, as the episode will focus on the fight to end violence against women. According to a press release from the White House:

"[T]he Vice President will tape an appearance on [the series] on the rape kit backlog and efforts to end violence against women."

AH-Mazing!

Video: Biden TEARS INTO Donald Trump At The 2016 DNC!

The federal government estimated that hundreds of thousands of rape kits — which are instrumental in solving and preventing sexual assault crimes — sit untested in storage facilities across the country.

This is known as the rape kit backlog, which represents a lost opportunity to bring justice to a survivor of sexual violence.

Biden has been a longtime advocate for stopping violence against women, and we think it's great he's shedding light on the government shortcomings — all while engaging in some intense dialogue with Mariska Hargitay.

Are YOU excited for the VP's SVU debut?

Amber Rose Calls Out Kanye West's Controversial Pal Ian Connor In Twitter Feud After Claiming 21 Women Have Reached Out To Her Accusing Him Of Rape

Amber Rose isn't here for Ian Connor.

Amber Rose isn't here for any disrespect from Kanye West's stylist friend and alleged rapist, Ian Connor.

In case you don't know, the 23-year-old has been accused of sexual assault by several women just in the past month alone.

Well, in a new interview with the The Daily Beast on Thursday, Muva Rose shared that the number of accusers is actually closer to 21! She revealed:

"Because I have my SlutWalk, all of the women [who've accused Ian Connor] have reached out to me as well. They want to come to my SlutWalk and tell their story on my stage. I have that platform for them to do so. I'm not a lawyer. I can't prosecute anyone or say, 'What she's saying is exactly the truth.' I wasn't there. Honestly, seven came out and I'm pretty sure 21 women have reached out to me so far. So I'm assuming there are more [stories] coming out. It's innocent until proven guilty, but when you have 21 women from all over the world that do not know each other but have similar stories, it gets to the point where it's like… enough."

And as the momma already shared, she laid no claim to knowing the truth. However, Ian took to Twitter later that day, slamming Amber in a new NSFW tweet. He wrote:

Not even an hour later and the 32-year-old replied directly to him:

Sounds like Amber's upcoming SlutWalk will be an interesting one!

We'll update you if we hear any more about Ian's alleged assaults.
