Back in 2014, the brunette beauty claimed she had been raped and sexually assaulted by the actor in 1982.

After the comedian's team slammed the celeb's story, claiming she made up the whole thing, the model decided to take legal action and sue for defamation.

On Tuesday, Judge Debre Katz Weintraub ruled in Los Angeles Superior Court that a trial by jury should be able to decided whether or not the former America's Next Top Model judge is telling the truth.

After the ruling, Janice's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, says this win is a big one — because Bill's team has been working very hard to keep his other cases from going to trial.

Outside the courthouse, the famous female couldn't contain her excitement, yelling:

Kesha Is Appealing Her Injunction Ruling Against Dr. Luke

See the argument HERE!

Kesha isn't done fighting.

On Monday, the pop powerhouse filed legal papers to take her battle with Dr. Luke — AKA Lukasz Gottwald — to an appeals court.

Last month, the blonde was denied her injunction bid to get out of her recording contract with the Sony producer, who she claims sexually assaulted and abused her.

The 29-year-old's lawyer, Mark Geragos, wrote in the docs that keeping his client in her contract is similar to slavery:

"First, the Court erred in basing its decision on its finding that Kesha could record without interference from Gottwald. Although it recognized that 'slavery was done away with a long time ago' and that '[y]ou can't force someone to work . . . in a situation in which they don't want to work,' the Court's ruling requiring Kesha to work for Gottwald's companies, purportedly without his involvement, does just that."

The attorney also explained that, if let out of her contract with her alleged abuser, Kesha could compensate Sony Music Entertainment for breaking her deal.

He argued that the judge didn't consider that alternative option would allow the singer to be free while also giving the music giant the ability to still get their money back, saying:

This is disgusting.

This is absolutely awful.

David Wilson has been sentenced to life in prison for committing some truly horrible acts of child sexual assault. On Thursday, a jury found the Houston man — who was a previous sex offender — guilty of molesting two young girls, who are 14 years old and 23 MONTHS old.

Back in 2005, he had been found guilty of sexually assaulting a child and served four years in prison.

Ariana Grande Continues To Stand Up For Kesha During Her Legal Battle With Dr. Luke!

Ariana's got Kesha's back.

Ariana Grande is standing by Kesha.

The pint-sized pop princess previously voiced her support for the blonde after she lost her injunction bid to get out of her recording contract with Dr. Luke, the producer who allegedly raped and abused the 29-year-old.

The soulful singer told Carson Daly on 97.1 AMP Radio's The Daily Download that she's still strongly supporting the TiK ToK performer, saying:

"I love Kesha. I worked with her when I was a lot younger. I support her, regardless of what's going on."

She continued to say that the backlash that the star has received amid her ongoing legal battle with the Sony songsmith raises some serious concerns about the way women are treated, adding:

The incredible double standards that we [women] face on a daily basis, in the industry and just in the world, it's shocking. I would be so amused, and pardon me if this comes across as sexist, but I don't think a male artist would be in this position right now. Sorry."

But the Dangerous Woman remains unapologetic about that potentially controversial comment, confessing:

"If I'm speaking out about something I'm passionate about, I'm willing to take the brunt for fighting for what I believe in. And my fellow women are definitely something that I will always be one of the first to speak up about."

THIS Pawn Stars Star Was Arrested For Possession Of Weapons & Drugs During A Sexual Assault Investigation!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooDrugsLegal MattersBusted!ViolenceReality TV

This is not good.

Chumlee is in some pretty hot water.

On Wednesday, the Pawns Stars cast member's home was raided by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police in connection with a sexual assault case.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the cops found a lot of illegal items in the 33-year-old's Nevada abode.

Authorities discovered the reality star — whose real name is Austin Russell — had various drugs and weapons, and arrested him for possession charges.

Officer Larry Hadfield said:

"During the course of a sexual assault investigation and search warrant search regarding Austin Lee Russell, detectives found illegal substances like methamphetamines, marijuana and several guns which he's prohibited from owning, which resulted in his arrest."

Yikes.

While the raid was a part of a sexual assault case, the TV personality wasn't booked for anything related to that. However, sources say he is a suspect in that investigation, which is still ongoing.
