According to a police report, The Fighter director David O. Russell was NOT behaving appropriately with his pre-op transgender relative Nicholas Peloquin last week.

As it goes, David was working out at a Florida hotel gym with his mother's 19-year-old adopted brother, when he offered to help Nicholas "with ab exercises."

Another lawsuit against poor Brit Brit! You vultures! Leave her be!!!

Britney Spear's former security detail is filing a lawsuit agains the pop princess, claiming that they were stiffed out of half-a-year's pay. Technically, the people who run Britney's estate are being sued by Advanced Security Concepts Corporation, who was taken off of Brit's detail in 2010 and claim that they are owed $140 in fees for their services.

The company claims in their suit that Britney's team has held a grudge against them ever since one of their bodyguards, Fernando Flores, filed a lawsuit against Britney last year. You remember him, don't you? He's the fella who insisted that Brit Britney exposed her lady parts to him and screamed sexual harassment.

Can you believe the ladies of The View are disagreeing?? LOL.

So, with the Herman Cain drama that's been going on, the host got on the hot topic of sexual harassment in the workplace.

Whoopi seems to think that if you have a problem with raunchy jokes, you can simply walk away from the problem by saying something to the effect of "I gtg, I got my period."

The other ladies — mainly Joy and Sherri — completely disagree. They say when women (or people) walk away or tell HR they get a bad reputation.

Looks like there is no end to this for Herman Cain. Better call Jimmy Fallon. (We think he is the only late night host he HASN'T talked to!)

One of Herman Cain's accusers, Sharon Bialek, is getting support from an old flame. This morning, her ex Victor Zuckerman, held a press conference to corroborate Sharon's story that the republican presidential hopeful made sexual advances on her when she came to him for a job.

Victor, a pediatrician in Louisiana, said he had met Cain with Bialek those many years ago and he ever encouraged his then GF to contact him about employment. She later came to him upset, revealing his inappropriate advances towards her. Victor said:

Dude is making the rounds … but is it really doing him any good?

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain, who appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this week, is slated to make another late night appearance on Friday. The controversial and slandered politician/ former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza will sit down with David Letterman to talk about a thing or two or four. Like, the four accusations of sexual harassment against him.

We'll give the guy some credit - he's doing what he can to fix his image - but we wish some of his platforms would come to light along with all these shenanigans. If he's a pig, he's a pig. But what does he stand for???

Yesterday, after four different women have come forward to reveal they were sexually harassed by the Republican presidential hopeful, Herman Cain held a press conference to vehemently deny all charges.
