This is getting really scary!

We reported yesterday that Katie Holmes was growing increasingly concerned that she was under surveillance by the Church of Scientology as she settled into her new NYC apartment after filing for divorce from Tom Cruise. It's been reported that several men in two SUVs, not associated with the press or paparazzi, have been staked outside her place for over a week, and now, we know that it's gotten so bad that the actress had her neighbor call the police … for fear they may try and kidnap daughter Suri!

According to sources with law enforcement, there are at least five men - two of whom are carrying firearms - chilling outside the 7th Avenue building in the previously-reported-upon white Cadillac Escalade with Tennessee license plates who have been taking pictures and interrogating residents!

She may have gotten the clear from the LAPD…but Lindsay Lohan is still not 100% scot-free in her latest hit-and-run case!

The actress had been investigated by the cops over claims from the manager of a Hollywood Hookah Lounge that she hit him with her car and then left without leaving any information back in March, and although authorities have completed the investigation and claim there is not enough evidence to prove an actual crime was committed, they now have to pass the file over the D.A. for review!

Well, given how shady the manager's account of that evening is, we doubt she'll be facing any real trouble, but hey!

You never really know what the truth is when it comes to LiLo, so who knows what could develop from here on out?

Ruh-roh! Get away from him now, Kim!!!

Ken Blumenfeld, the boyfriend of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kim Richards seems to have quite the shady past!!

Not only does he still have an active profile on the dating website Match.com, but the 48-year-old was arrested in 2009 for a DUI.

That can't be healthy for Kim's sobriety. At all. She already seems like she's teetering over this edge - having an enabler will do her no good.

She has kept their relationship a secret for over a year and only told her sister Kyle Richards about him when the two decided to move in together.

Kim's children has even called him "controlling" and according to a source, he's been a "nightmare," instigating several explosive fights with her.

Well, well. Seems a little late in the game to be back tracking on your defense, Dr. Murray.

It's being said that Dr. Murray is dropping the defense that MJ ingested the fatal dose of propofol self administered.

Why? Because an independent study says that simply ingesting the drug like that would not produce fatal results. So now instead of saying he ingested it, they're going with that administered his own injections after waking up.

Good lord, this situation just keeps more and more nauseating.

We reported yesterday on the Sequoya High School senior Chris Sigler, who was assaulted by his principal Maurice Moser after he refused to take off a t-shirt which supported the formation of a Gay-Straight Alliance, and now, it appears that there's a whole lot more bigotry and close-mindedness going on in this school system!

As if getting divorced wasn't already expensive enough for rich and famous people!

According to newly revealed documentation, Britain's high-profile divorce lawyer Fiona Shackleton pads bills and rips off her clients during their divorces.

Some of Fiona's famous clients include Madonna and Sir Paul McCartney, both of whom were apparently charged "hundreds of thousands of pounds more than the hourly rate would have demanded."

Lady Shackleton also represented both the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York in their divorces AND she currently reps Prince William and Prince Harry!
