She's not giving up her corpse man without a fight!

Although it appears that Larry King and his wife, Shawn Southwick, have forgiven each other for their respectively EFFED UP indiscretions, they seem to forgetting about the other parties involved - Shawn's sister and Larry's ho on the side, Shannon Engemann!

A source says:

“Shannon is absolutely furious. She feels betrayed by Larry. She claims that he made her all these promises about their future about them getting married and being together and now he is back with Shawn. Shannon is fighting mad she’s threatening to sue him for breach of promise if he does not come through. She's called-out to her lawyers and they have had chats to see if anything can be done. Larry has been supporting Shannon for a couple of years now providing her with money and cars, and she honestly thought she was going to be the next Mrs. Larry King. Shannon feels that Shawn is holding the boys and Larry’s love for them over his head. Anyways, it goes Shannon is spitting mad and plans to make waves. Larry made her a lot of promises and now Shannon’s been left ‘holding the bag.' She’s really worried about how she is going to make it because Larry has been financially supporting her and Shawn has demanded that her husband stop’s doing this. To make matters worse Shannon feels like she has burnt bridges with other family members because of the choices that she has made. But the family are willing to forgive her although she has been told it would be a big mistake if she was to take legal action against Larry by suing him for ‘breach of contract.' However, Shannon is so mad right now she is intent on getting what she feels is due her.”

We still can't believe how effing crazy this whole mess is!

Sources significantly close to Larry King and his soon-to-be ex-wife Shawn Southwick say that Shawn figured out that Larry was having an affair with her sister from his credit card statement.

Shawn apparently looked over one of his statements and found purchases for a $160,000 car and "tons of gifts from Cartier," like a diamond necklace. As she did not receive any of these gifts, she believes that Larry gave them to her sis, Shannon Engemann.

Scandalous!

Earlier, Shannan made mention that Larry did give her some tokens of affection, but insisted he did the same for the entire family.

So, did your dad get the car or the diamond necklace???

Oh, by the way, this all happened FIVE YEARS AGO! So, it could be safe to assume that Larry has been being naughty with his sister-in-law even longer than that!

Things are getting fishy here, Larry. We don't want to believe you would do such a thing, but you best start explaining things for yourself!

Yesterday, news that Larry King was headed for his eighth divorce with wife Shawn Southwick was quickly followed by reports that he was cheating on her with her own sister!

That's pretty friggin low!

However, his sister-in-law, Shannon Engeman, is calling the rumor "ludicrous" and insists that she never had an affair with him. She admits she reveres him " like a father" and would never do anything to hurt her sister in that way.

But Shawn apparently completely believes that Shannon did have an affair with Larry. Shannon says that Shawn is citing expensive gifts Larry has allegedly given his sister-in-law, but Shannon maintains he has always been generous to her "entire family" not just herself!

Shannon adds that Shawn "has left me threatening messages…I love my sister. What's happening is not my fault."

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but let's get real, ladies: is Larry King worth losing your sisterly bond over???
