She's now a brand ambassador for them after she lost 30 POUNDS after the birth of her twins!

Being a mother of two, this is no easy feat — and she even admits inside of the issue that there's one food that she'll never give up:

Popcorn!

Which isn't such a bad snack, you know. Unless you're putting a pound of butter or oil on it every time!

Did Playboy and SHAPE mix up their covers this month? Ha!

Kate Walsh is covering the women's health magazine's March issue in the nude and at 44-years-old, she looks incredible! In a candid interview, she spoke about issues including plastic surgery, smoking, dieting and, oh yeah, why she decided to get nakie in front of the entire world! When asked about her decision to disrobe for the camera, she replied:

"I was terrified, but I really wanted to do a naked cover — especially with SHAPE, because the magazine is about loving yourself inside and out. Right now, I feel really healthy, confident, and sexy. I'n enjoying my 40s and wanted to share that. Is it a mid life crisis? I do drive a porsche, so maybe it is!"

If you're wondering what her diet secret for maintaining that ideal body is, it's not a fad diet like Atkins. Yeah, she's tried a bunch of those, but like most people who do the same, they didn't work out too well. After attempting to undergo a weeklong juice cleanse for a total of 7 hours, she adopted a smarter approach and relies on portion control, explaining:

The singer, who has struggled in the past with her fluctuating weight, says she chose NutriSystem to help maintain her figure while on tour, explaining:
