Leighton Meester and Vera Wang are hooking up again, but it's not for TV or a new fragrance.

The two have teamed up with DKMS, the world's largest bone marrow donor center, to encourage people to 'share the love' through fashion by registering as bone marrow donors to save lives.

Starting March 28, shoppers will receive a free Share the Love tee, designed exclusively for DKMS by Vera Wang, with a $78 purchase from the Vera Wang Lovestruck fragrance collection at Macy's or Macys.com.
