This is such an unsettling twist to the Miranda Kerr home intruder story.
In case you don't remember, two weeks ago, an intruder broke into Kerr's Malibu property and stabbed a security guard in the eye before being shot in the head.
Now, as we are learning, that intruder — a man named Shaun Haywood — had been on the property days before trying to deliver a bizarre letter.

As we previously reported, earlier this month a man named Shaun Haywood tried to trespass Miranda Kerr's Malibu home and violently assaulted her security personnel in the process. Not only was the guard stabbed in the eye, but he was also knifed in the arm.

While the security buff was able to shoot the assailant four times, he managed to survive the self-defense. Now TMZ reports Haywood is facing a legal ordeal as prosecutors made the decision to charge him with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and mayhem.
If convicted, Shaun could face up to life in prison.
