Things aren't looking good for Jackie Warner.
You may remember, the former star of Bravo's Work Out was arrested back in February after driving her vehicle into a pole, then backing into the cops who arrived on the scene.
She has now officially been charged with misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor hit-and-run, and felony assault on a police officer for almost hitting the cop approaching the car.

At the time, Warner claimed she had only had a single martini earlier in the day, despite blowing a .08% blood alcohol concentration — the legal limit. Warner's defense? She had taken an Ambien while safely at home and was out sleep-driving.
Warner's lawyer, Shawn Holley, says they're ready to fight the charges — but that they should never have been filed in the first place! Holley tells TMZ:

Justin Bieber is a free man!
On Monday, Justin's lawyer Shawn Holley confirmed to the judge presiding over Bieber's 2014 egg throwing case that her client has successfully completed his probation.

Holley, who has also represented Lindsay Lohan, relayed to the judge that the singer dutifully took care of his required 12 hours of anger management counseling and 40 hours of community labor.
Not to mention J.B. forked over a whopping 90 thousand dollars in restitution.
To make the legal victory even better, sources say the 21-year-old was an exemplar worker during his community service stint, revealing:
"He was a great worker and he had no problem getting his hands dirty. I truly believe he has learned his lesson and will be a productive member of society and a great human being."
The insider went on to add that Justin had no issues picking up trash and painting walls.
We're glad Bieber took responsibility for his embarrassing actions — it's about time he faced the music!

Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on… Lindsay Lohan?!
As we reported last month, the 28-year-old was punished with an additional 125 hours of community service after the validity of her previous hours was called into question.

On Wednesday, the actress' attorney Shawn Holley attended court and notified the judge that prosecutor Terry White spoke with the Community Service Volunteers – the organization where the Mean Girls star performed her court-mandated duties — and allowed them to continue monitoring her tasks.
This time, however, the group will keep an EXTREMELY close eye on what LiLo considers "community service."

It’s time to get down to business!
As part of his punishment for egging his neighbor’s house, Justin Bieber is required to meet with his probation officer, which he dutifully did on Friday.
The Biebs and lawyer Shawn Holley talked with the officer for over an hour at the Probation Dept. at the Santa Monica Courthouse.
But, the meeting didn’t go long because of any bad behavior. The officer was just telling the 20-year-old what is expected of him. Things like not breaking the law, as well as completing his community service and anger management on time.
You’d think this would be easy, but it may not be for this pop star! He was just caught underage drinking again recently!
Hopefully this meeting with the officer sobered Justin up!

This could be a very good thing!
Lamar Odom escaped being prosecuted for vandalism, after he wrecked a paparazzo’s equipment (above).
The NBA free agent and his lawyer Shawn Holley had an office hearing on Monday at the L.A. City Attorney's Office, where he got his light punishment.

Well, this is a far cry from last year's birthday bonanza!
Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 27th year of life behind the gates of Cliffside Rehab Center in Malibu, but it was no day at the beach!
While Linds' request to go off grounds or even have friends visit was rejected, she did enjoy the company of her trusty lawyer, Shawn Holley!
Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty!
Shawn even stuck around to help the b-day girl blow out the candles on her fancy Carvel-donated ice cream cake with her fellow patients.
Sounds wild, right??! LOLz!
But SURPRISE, our princess still wasn't too happy about spending the day on lockdown.

The woman responsible for saving Lindsay Lohan from wearing prison stripes has finally received those dolla, dolla bills!
Linds, currently finishing up her 90-day stint at the Betty Ford Center, has reportedly paid her re-hired lawyer Shawn Holley the $150,000 owed in legal fees.
While LiLo had fired Shawn months ago, we’re not surprised she realized her former lawyer’s worth after dealing with the incompetence of Mark Heller. However, Shawn’s services came at a much higher price this time around — a payment plan setup for the actress to pay off her debt and set aside money to keep the lawyer on retainer.
We’re glad to hear this is all settled! Lindsay really seems to be getting her shizz together!
Let’s just hope she stays out of trouble, despite having stellar representation!
