It's official!
As expected, Valentino Fashion Group SpA has been acquired by Mayhoola for Investments, which is controlled by the royal family of Qatar, for roughly $858 million.
As with most big business deals, there are several groups involved.

The first lady of Qatar showed off some fierce shoes while touring London's Westminister Abbey on Thursday.
Sheikha Mozah donned a pair of Chanel Fantasy Fur Boots with icicle heels.

On Tuesday, the Emir of Qatar and one of his wives Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al Missned arrived at Windsor Palace for a state visit with Queen Elizabeth II.
During that one day all the royals were dressed to impress, especially at the banquet.
Both the Queen and Sheikha were looking like royalty should: dressed to the nines and covered in jewels.
We like their style!
