This looks like it hurts!

Shia LeBeouf recently injured his foot during a kickboxing class, and because he still has to go out and about, he put his shoe and walking boot on and hit the streets of New York City earlier today.

But don't think that his foot injury is holding Shia LaBoot down, he's actually enjoying his handicap and is tweeting all about it, he wrote:

Shia LaBeouf is all grown up, and we like what we see!

The Transformers star was spotted in his workout buddy's picture, and he was sporting a six pack and then some!

His friend, professional boxer Peter Quillin, tweeted the picture and wrote:

"My new homie Shia LeBeouf is really buffed (pause)"

We would LOVE to wash those washboard abs!

Come on, Shia - whaddya say???

Up for a scrubba dub dub?

Yeesh! Talk about moody!

We thought working out was supposed to make you feel BETTER!

Of course, there's many reasons Shia LaBeouf might have appeared to be not so pleased when he left a boxing work-out in New York City over the weekend!

He did, after all, get caught plagiarizing what was supposed to be a personal e-mail between he, Alec Baldwin, and Daniel Sullivan, the director of Orphans after he was fired from his Broadway debut and aired of all their dirty laundry on Twitter for everyone to see!

Even if Shia LaBeouf is letting his beard go without any kind of visible trimming, he's at least not letting his body go!

He's keepin' healthy and keepin' fit — you gotta be in shape to be a leading man! Plus, we get the feeling that Shia knows his health is important. We like that.

Nothing is more important than your temple!

Shia LaBeouf was spotted on his way into a gym yesterday!

We don't often see him hitting up the workout hot spots, so we're glad he's focusing on his fitness.

He's looking pretty skinny already so he must be trying to pack on some muscle.
