Kesha's case against Dr. Luke, AKA Lukasz Gottwald, has been dealt one of the most savage legal blows since it began, certainly since she was denied an injunction last year.

The Timber singer is trying to get out of her contract legally after claiming her former producer raped her. But so far all she's gotten is sued by Gottwald for trying to ruin his name with the allegations.

Kesha previously tried to get out of her contract by describing her alleged rape as a hate crime on the part of Dr. Luke — but that was rebuffed.

This time, she attempted to amend her countersuit against the producer, trying two new tactics to argue her case.

In the first, she argued recording artists should have a legal backdoor available to them, like divorce for married couples. Her argument went:

On Tuesday, it was reported that Kesha may've never stood a chance in her case against Dr. Luke last April as the New York Supreme Court Justice who presided over the legal matter had ties to Sony and RCA. Wait, WHAT??

According to Page Six, judge Shirley Kornreich is married to a lawyer named Ed Kornreich — who just happens to be a partner at Proskauer Rose, a firm who has the record label as a client. Whoa.

Kesha Denied Injunction Bid Out Of Her Contract With Dr. Luke In Court Ruling — Details

The ruling is in!

The ruling is finally in.

On Friday, a judge decided to deny Kesha's injunction bid against major producer Dr. Luke!

In case you didn't know, the songstress filed the lawsuit in order to get out of her contract at Luke's Kemosabe Records label, housed under the Sony umbrella, in order to make new music again and save her career.
