Should have kept your mouth shut, Lars!

During a discussion of his film Melancholia at the Cannes Film Festival yesterday, director Lars Von Trier shocked everyone when he declared himself a Nazi.

Melancholia star Kirsten Dunst tried to stop him, but for some reason he felt the need to dig himself into a massive hole while at the event.

Here are some highlights from Lars' hole-diggery:

"Yes, I am a Nazi!

"Well that doesn't mean I have anything against Jews, except Susanne Bier (Danish filmmaker, In a Better World).

"Well, Israel is a pain in the ass…"

"Okay, I am a Nazi…"

"Nazis tend to do things on a grander scale…"

"Perhaps we can have a Final Solution for journalists…."

Exactly what were you trying to accomplish with this, Lars? Shock value? Doesn't sound like you were joking to us!

We understand that people have made the GaGa/Madonna comparison before, but this is the most disgusting one yet!

During Frank DeCaro's OutQ Sirius XM radio show, Charo had the following to say about GaGa:

"I can tell you, to me, Lady Gaga is Madonna with diarrhea."

"I don't like it when somebody copies somebody and just adopt it. Like, their own idea."

Congrats on grabbing our attention with shock value, Charo. Somehow, we don't think GaGa is going to take you too seriously with THAT argument though.

Well, we suppose this is the closest we'll ever get to those rumors being true! Ha!

During Jennifer Aniston's appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the talk show host asked her about the validity of the reports claiming that the actress would be making a cameo in her Friends co-star Courteney Cox's upcoming movie, Scream 4, and of course, used it as an opportunity to try and freak her out!

Unfortunately, Jen doesn't seem too scared! But we wouldn't get too bent out of shape about it!

She must have a high tolerance for fear. She endured the entire production of the shiteous Leprechaun, after all!

It just sort of feels like they're taking the raw honesty of the original, and marketing it as shock value for American audiences, no?

Some things just need to be left as they are! Ugh.
