THIS High School Musical Actor Will Go To Jail For A Year & A Half After Pleading Guilty To Gun Charges!

Get the deets here.

Justin Martin doesn't really have much to sing about these days.

On Tuesday, the actor — who played Donny Dion in High School Musical 3 — pleaded guilty to five different gun charges regarding a shootout with cops last summer.

For those who might not remember, Boston police heard gunshots in the Massachusetts capital back in July, and saw the 22-year-old and another man running away while holding weapons.

Authorities chased them down and said that, while the other man actually shot back at them, Zac Efron's costar pointed his pistol at the cops, but didn't actually fire.

After the police caught up with them, Justin was booked for assault with a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a gun and ammunition, carrying a loaded gun, and firing a gun near a building.

And on Tuesday, the HSM3 alum pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced to 18 months behind bars, even though the District Attorney apparently wanted to lock him up for three years.

In addition to the jail time, Justin also got slapped with one year of probation, which requires him to stay away from the crime scene, as well as drugs and alcohol.

New development in the San Bernardino shooting.

UPDATE 6:21 P.M. EST: The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office is releasing more information about the scary shootout. The office took to Twitter to explain that there might still be a suspect on the loose after exchanging shots with authorities, writing:

The SB County Sheriff also revealed that an officer had been wounded on the scene, but did not confirm that the official is the man on the ground, saying:

Police Chief Jarrod Burguan also shared on social media that an officer was injured, but claimed that suspects are down as well, posting:

Authorities might be closing in on whoever is responsible for Wednesday's terrible tragedy in San Bernardino, California.

News outlets captured video of a police pursuit in the area near the mass shooting at Inland Regional Center. Now, video has shown that one man is down after what appeared to be a shootout with the cops.

A body was seen on the ground across the street from a dark-colored SUV that had multiple bullet holes in the windshield and back windows blown out.

Dozens of other police cars, SWAT vehicles, and armed officers were seen farther down the street, looking as if they were investigating the surrounding area.

Earlier in the day, a mass shooting at the San Bernardino non-profit center killed at least 14 people, making it the deadliest shooting in the US since the Sandy Hook massacre in 2012.

This story is so sad.

As we reported earlier this week, law enforcement officers shot and killed a six-year-old boy — and severely wounded the boy's father — during an attempted traffic stop earlier this week in Marksville, Louisiana.

Now, in a surprisingly swift move by the Louisiana state police, marshals Derrick Stafford (above, left) and Norris Greenhouse, Jr. (above, right) have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder for Jeremy Mardis' death.

They have also been charged with attempted murder, for seriously wounding Chris Few, Mardis' father.

The arrests come after state police colonel Michael Edmonson revealed a heartbreaking statement about the body camera footage he watched in reviewing the case:

christopher dorner dead body removed from charred cabin

As we suspected previously, Christopher Dorner is dead.

CNN confirmed that the former cop and sailor was killed today during the showdown outside of Big Bear.

The body of the alleged murderer has now been removed from the charred remnants of the cabin he hid out in this afternoon after a shootout which killed one deputy and seriously injured one more.

At this point, we don't know whether Dorner was killed in the fire, or by police, or maybe even by a self-inflicted gunshot.

While there is much to learn about how this horrible situation unfolded, we are thrilled the madness and violence is finally over.

Our thoughts and well-wishes continue to extend by every single person affected by this horrible series of tragedies.

BREAKING: Police Exchange Gunfire With Fugitive Ex-Cop In Big Bear

christopher dorner shootout big bear

Ugh!

This whole horrible situation might finally be coming to an end!

Christopher Dorner is reportedly in the middle of a shoot out with police in Big Bear and at least one officer, possibly two, have been wounded.

One deputy is being airlifted to the hospital right this second.

From what we hear, the suspect tied up two people at a house near Big Bear, one escaped and notified police. Some reports say Christopher is on the run, literally. That he's evading police on foot.

Others stay he's still barricaded in the cabin.

Not very much is certain at the moment, but we hope this crazed killer is apprehended soon without any more incident or injury.

Increased Taco Bell Prices Spurs Shootout

Don’t mess with someone who wants a cheap taco!

A man in Texas became upset when he found out the price of the Beefy Crunch Burrito had risen $.50 to $1.49.

After ordering seven of them and seeing his receipt he became angry and pulled out a BB gun, firing at the cashier before running out to the parking lot.

The police chased him down, and he then shot at them with an assault rifle he had in his car — shattering the cops’ windshield.

After hiding in a hotel room and forcing the cops to bring in a SWAT team for a standoff, he finally surrendered and is facing numerous charges.

WTF.

That’s all we have to say about this… WTF.
