The Oakland Raiders have hired a GRANDMOTHER on their cheerleading squad for the 2011-2012 season.

Susie Sanchez is a 37-year-old mother of three and grandmother of one who was finally chosen after multiple auditions to cheer on her boys in black and gray.

Despite her age, the judges were impressed by "her dancing ability, skill and presence".

See that? Age really is just a number! However, we can't help but wonder if that number is accurate. Is Susie Sanchez really 37 or is she possibly a little older?

Much like the bride of Green Mile actor Doug Hutchison, who made headlines for being just 16, we can't help but think Susie's face looks a little…wiser…than her years.

We can't help but notice these things, however, we're still super proud of Susie for never giving up on her dreams! Congrats, gurl! Good luck on the sidelines this fall!
