The supermodel's trainer Simone De La Rue spilled the deets to People on the 30-year-old's 5-day-a-week fitness regimen:
"She's very dedicated. When you're in the spotlight, you have to take care of your body if you want to get your body back as quickly as you can. We obviously have to cater and modify, but it's surprising what you can still do. We check in with each other, and I always ask her how she's feeling. She listens to her body if some days she's not feeling up to it."
