Try This Amazing Snack!

Need a great snack idea? Try roasting chickpeas (garbanzo beans). Mix a can of chickpeas, cumin, paprika, salt and a little cayenne pepper. Spread the beans on a baking sheet in the oven for 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until crispy and you’ve got a delicious protein and fiber-filled snack!
