The gorgeous actress attended the 2011 Fresh Air Fund Salute To American Heroes at Pier Sixty in New York City yesterday.

And while she kept it simple in a long skirt and white tank by Rag & Bone, her red lips completed the look.

She's taking over!

As we mentioned back in January, Jessica Simpson is expanding her already massive fashion empire by launching a denim collection.

On Tuesday, Simpleton gave press a sneak peak at her collection and it's actually not that bad. Although we can't help but raise our eyebrows at the denim corset top and oversized hat.
