After a month of rumors that Ashlee's lifestyle wasn't exactly cohesive with the raising of a child, the music superstar stood up for his baby's mama, and said some truly wonderful things about her!

Jessica Simpson has got one little darling on her hands, and she wants to show the world the genius of baby Maxwell Drew.

And by genius we mean the cutest baby in all of the world.

The singer shared a photo of her little bundle of love on the social media website, and we are thrilled to see another portrait of one of the most famous babies around town.

Jessica Simpson has been spotted lately hitting the gym and working up a sweat, but could she of saved herself a lot of sweat and tears if she had done a couple of squats with her baby bump?

People magazine paid $850,000 for exclusive rights to pictures of Jessica Simpson and her baby Maxwell Drew. The magazine gambled that it would increase their sales, but it actually sold LESS magazine then its average.

It sold 950,000 copies instead of its usual 1.3 million a week.

Ouch!

The magazine had hoped to capture some of that old familiar magic after Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's baby Shiloh Jolie-Pitt garnered them 26.5 million page views, but alas, it was not meant to be.

Although the deal hasn't worked out the way People would have liked it to, Jessica Simpson has been making a pretty penny from all of the baby talk. Forbes estimated she's made $20 million in 2010 alone, and her show Fashion Star has just been renewed for a second season.

Jessica Simpson is a new mom and we could not be more excited.

Not only is she keeping her baby looking fresh, but her quotes are also pretty amazing, too!

Here's what she said:

“It’s the first time I’ve kept to a schedule in my life! I’m always making sure she’s had as many poops as she’s supposed to have and that she’s being fed."

There you go, folks. If someone you know and love can't keep to a schedule, just tell them to have a baby! That should sort out their life!

Jessica also reveals that since her baby bump is out of the way now - nothing can stand between her and her man from doing the nasty dance of love.

Here's what she said:

“I’ve kind of broken one rule. I think I have the sexiest man in the world. So that’s the rule I break."
