Well, it looks like The CW is getting in on the action with their upcoming show, The Next: Fame Is At Your Doorstep!

The new reality series will follow Joe Jonas, Nelly, Gloria Estefan and John Rich as they scour the country for the next best undiscovered artist.

Sounds like every other show pretty familiar…LOLz…though, we do love Joe and Gloria!
