Uh-oh! Guess this was a bust!

Howard Stern's lawsuit against SiriusXm Radio, which he filed last year as he claimed that he "was bilked out of stock awards SiriusXM promised him," when they acquired XM and totaled more than $300 million, has been thrown out of the New York State Supreme Court!

Lady GaGa had a busy Monday of interviews and outfit changes in New York City.

Her first stop of the day was at the Sirius Radio building for an appearance on the Howard Stern Show.

GaGa arrived in a plastic ensemble with lace bodysuit that covered half of her face by Lina Mustafa. To make sure she didn't overheat she carried a metallic Louis Vuitton fan.

Later in the day Gagaloo was spotted outside the Z100 radio station in a completely different look. She made her grand exit in a feathered top and quilted black skirt with a Chanel's version of the fanny pack.

What a cool opportunity for him! (Let's just hope enough people have Sirius Radio!)

Jerry Ferrara, whose best known as playing Turtle on HBO's Entourage, has just signed a deal with Sirius to host a show dedicated to fantasy football.

Insisting he is an addict to the game, Jerry is eagerly looking forward to his weekly show, which will guide fans on how to make selections for their fantasy teams. Ferrara's Fantasy Football may also end up being home to some celebrity and athletic guests who'll come on to give their two-cents. For now, Jerry is happy to have the spotlight and talk about what he loves. He explains:

"I had a gig with Fox Sports radio doing something similar years ago, but when I heard what Sirius was doing I called my agent and had them pitch the idea to Sirius. I guess you could say I'm just a lucky bastard to be able to do this."

Yeah, guess so.

Now lets see if you are the lucky bastard who makes it out of the first month of the airwaves. That'll be the true test!

Gross! Just what that Howard Stern's office needs!

The studio where Howard produces his Sirius Xm Radio show had to be evacuated and fumigated over the weekend after it was confirmed that it was infested with bedbugs. Howard even managed to take the little buggers with him into his limo, which were picked up by specially-trained sniffer dogs. Good pups!

However, this morning it was confirmed by Stern that his office was "100 per cent bedbug-free" and that he's back to work as usual. He did make mention, however, that he was anxious to get out of the space regardless.

Just to clarify, Howard, are you talking about the building or Sirius radio? Just curious.

With only one more week until the premiere of the new season, Gleeks have been chomping at the opportunity to hear some new tunes from the show.

Fear not, because tomorrow morning, on The Morning Mash Up show on Sirius XM, the world premiere of the show's version of Empire State of Mind will premiere!

Though we've pretty much gotten the gist of it from the promo, we hear Cory Monteith may be RAPPING on the track, so that's something to look forward to!

Even after his abrupt end at BBC Radio 2, Russell Brand is considering hosting his own Sirius Radio show.

A source claims:

"Russell has been itching to get back on radio for a while now. He has been off doing other things but radio still really tickles him. Russell's sidekick Matt Morgan is also keen to get writing and broadcasting again. The Sirius deal is in its infancy but Russell is well up for it. He has been given the hard sell about how they could make him the new Howard Stern.

He is desperate to do something with Jonathan Ross again."

And Sirius is courting him with a deal "worth millions of dollars."

Sounds inneresting.

Me-ow!

A now former employee of Martha Stewart was recently given the pink slip for a comment he made about working for the head bitch of crafts.

Eddie Ross was quoted in the Times Business Day on what a typical shoot was like for Martha Stewart Living. Ross said there were "meetings about Pantone chip colors and meetings about meetings. It was just crazy, because who lives like this, in a $300,000 room I put together? I'm sorry, but I can't relate to a $40,000 mirrored coffee table."

The day the story ran, Eddie was suppose to be hosting a radio show on Martha's Sirius Radio channel but 2 hours before they went live he was given the boot.

Stewart's people declined to comment on the situation, but one source did say Martha wasn't responsible for the decision.

What's ironic is that even though Ross was fired for speaking to the press about Martha he's still talking about it!

After being let go Eddie didn't want to discuss the matter, but did say he doesn't regret giving the quote because it was the truth.

Stoopid!
