RPatz confessed that his abs that once sparkled in the sunlight are a thing of the past. Could this be due to his break up with KStew?! See what you have wrought, Kristen!

They say you can't define what the "X Factor" is, but the one thing is for sure, Kelly Rowland's got it!

She is an amazing artist with an AMAZING body to boot! So how does the UK X Factor judge stay so fine?

Diet, exercise, and a lot of hard work!

"It takes hard work to look like this — and even more work to keep looking like it!" she recently said on the subject of her enviable figure.

Kelly completes vigorous workouts every other day, complete with 200 sit ups, as she explained:

"I work out every other day for at least an hour, sometimes more, and I practice yoga, which really helps me to tone up. I also go to the gym to do some cardio a couple of times a week. I particularly like the bike and cross-trainer."

She's so serious about her fitness that she'll choose a late night gym session over a relaxing nightcap at the bar, saying:

"When we were touring around the country, looking for contestants, we would often go back to the hotel and Dermot and my fellow X Factor judge Gary Barlow would head to the bar while I'd go for a workout in the gym!"

When she's not working out, she's eating right. In fact, she managed to lose 10 pounds by cutting sugar out of her diet, elaborating:

"I read this book called You Are What You Eat. The author is talking about sugar, she's talking about meat, she's talking about cheese. I did some of those things for a month, but for the most part it is sugar that's gone from my diet."

Even though she follows a strict diet, she still enjoys her favorites thanks to the "80/20" rule, continuing:

"I don't diet but I do follow the 80/20 rule. Most of what I eat is healthy fruit and veg, grilled fish and meat, but 20% is whatever I want."

Don't expect her to go overboard with her diet and fitness regimen either!

"I would never want to lose too much weight," she said. "I love having curves and a bum. Men like something to hold on to!"
