Holy crap, just looking at this is giving us vertigo!
Six cars got stuck on the Joker's Jinx roller coaster at Six Flags America on Thursday — with 24 people trapped about 100 feet in the air!
Here's how the Largo, Maryland theme park describes the Joker's Jinx:
"The track is literally draped and piled on top of itself with such dense complexity you won't believe they can fit a roller coaster train through there, let alone one moving at 60 mph—but the Joker always seems to have the last laugh. Without any pauses or braking, you'll blast through a cobra roll, a sidewinder loop, a corkscrew, and countless swift reversals in between."
Unfortunately, this one did pause, for over two hours. The local fire department was called in to try to safely bring down the passengers, though the height and shape of the ride are making it very difficult.
