The insider explains:

Their shopper is older, their target is the Macy's shopper. These are young women who feel pressure these models, she [Swanepoel] could lose her contract if she gets too thin. But I'd be surprised if it went that far, she'll right herself first. Of course they'll talk to her though, the company is all about image."
Firing her for being too thin is a little extreme, no?
Encourage her to be healthier is better!
