You hear that, American ladies? Harry is still VERY much on the market!

Over the weekend, we heard reports that Prince Harry was dating waitress Jessica Donaldson, whom he met during his night out at the Andaz Hotel in San Diego.

We had heard that the two were kissing and dancing at the Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach AND that they had gone out out to lunch together…but now we're hearing that there's no romance in the air between Harry and Jessica.

Yet another FAIL for Superman Returns.

For five years now, Superman producer Jon Peters has been involved in a lawsuit with former assistant Shelly Morita. She claims that Jon "got her into bed uninvited and fondled her" during the making of Superman Returns.

Now, Shelly has officially won her case, and the sketchy producer is being forced to pay $822K in lost wages, as well as $2.5 mil in punitive damages.
