This is so sad!
An English Coroner slammed the fashion industry and magazines in the inquest into the death of a 14 year old from Somerset, England.
Last year Fiona Geraghty was found dead in her room of an apparent suicide by hanging after struggling with an eating disorder, which her parents believe was the direct result of being bullied.
Coroner Michael Rose listed the cause of death as "misadventure", but rather than pointing the finger at the so-called "mean girls" he flat out blamed the fashion industry's constant use of waif thin models.

The folks across the pond have come out with a new magazine specifically targeting women sizes 14 and higher.
Just As Beautiful promise they won't airbrush their models and will only use ladies that are larger than a size 14.
Editor Sue Thomason says of her magazine:
"We want our readers to know that they don't need to change their appearance to 'fit in' or be truly happy. Most people only think they need to change because they're constantly exposed to the message that they do - and shown images of impossibly skinny models that they're told they "should" look like. Appearance needs to be rethought and placed firmly back where it belongs - in the entertainment section of your life, along with fashion and make-up. If you feel anxious about your looks instead of being relaxed, it's a sure sign that you need to change your mind and not your body."
Maybe someone in the US will start one too!

Someone needs to pick a side.
After defending thin models during a guest appearance on The View, Victoria Beckham has banned size 0 models from her upcoming fashion show.
Posh says none of her models will be smaller than a size 6 and has reportedly turned away at least 12 ladies for being "too skinny".
What do U think of Victoria's flip-flopping on the issue???

They're kidding, right?
Ann Taylor's new online models have been photoshopped to unrealistic proportions!
Their heavy handed retoucher, who if we had to guess took tips from Ralph Lauren's photoshop genius, not only made the clothes look bad but the models look like they can snap in half by sneezing.
For a company that sells clothes "designed for how women live today", they've certainly missed the mark on this one.
What do U think of their photoshop disaster???
