As expected, Lane Garrison has pled not guilty to a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.

The former Prison Break actor allegedly slapped his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, during an encounter in the lobby of her Beverly Hills apartment building.

Will Smith caused a bit of controversy recently when he slapped a reporter on the red carpet of Moscow's Men In Black III premiere when the man, who apparently attempts to make-out with celebrities as part of his shtick, did…well, just that!

The actor, who is now promoting the movie stateside, spoke out about the incident on The Late Show With David Letterman, and while he seemingly appeared unfazed by the ordeal, maintained that he did nothing wrong!

While we certainly don't condone violence of any kind, we certainly think the reporter in question here should have probably informed Will and his team of what he planned to so, so Will could've at least been aware that his personal space was about to be violated!

Despite surveillance footage showing Lane Garrison taking a swing at his ex-girlfriend, Ashley Mattingly, he's STILL swearing his innocence.

After watching the footage from various cameras stationed around the Beverly Hills apartment complex, it seemed pretty clear to us that he was the aggressor. Not only was he waiting for the Playboy Playmate to come home, but he bypassed a security gate and followed her into the elevator despite her protests. Then after a shoving match began in the lobby, the footage shows what LOOKS like Lane slapping the poor girl.

Violence is never the answer! Especially when you are arguing about frozen vegan pad thai with tofu!

Back in January, an opera singer SLAPPED a doctor during a catfight at a New York City Trader Joe's and has recently been found NOT GUILTY of assault!

The conflict began when Dr. Cathleen London, a family practitioner and Fox News medical contributor, noticed the husband of Marcella Caprario, a 37-year-old opera singer, verbally abusing her sons who were busy searching for food in the frozen food section.

Apparently, the two boys were blocking Mr. Caprario from reaching his precious noodles and he began barraging them with insults.

The protective mother stepped in to say something, while the man's even more protective wife swooped in as well. The rest…is all history.

Yikes!

After LeBron James’ mother Gloria James slapped a valet, Rockfeller Sorel, he allegedly lost his “capacity for enjoyment of life” and is suing for $15,000.

In the lawsuit, Sorel outlines the “damages” she causes, which include pain, emotional distress, humiliation, mental anguish, and loss of capacity for enjoyment of life.

Sorel will also need money for the medical care and loss of earnings he incurred.

Ms. James definitely owes him some money! Who just slaps someone??

Yikes!

Gloria James must have been really trashed and REALLY angry!

The attorney representing Rockfeller Sorel in his lawsuit against Lebron James' mother says that before the angry NBA mom slapped him, she leaned in said:

"You don't know who I am, you f**king n**ger. Tomorrow, you won't have a job."

That's because he'll be living off your son for the rest of his life!

Who wants a job when your about win hundreds of thousands of dollars in an assault lawsuit?

The entire incident was caught on tape and the valet's attorney says the video shows Gloria was clearly the aggressor by leaning into her client as she launched into her alleged racial attack.

We don't really know who will win this, but the evidence seems stacked pretty high against LeBron's wallet Gloria. Gotta learn to control that temper, gurl!
