Britney Spears showed off a tanned and toned midsection while making a SOLD OUT tour stop in Detroit, Michigan on Friday.

All that dancing is paying off! With tour dates scheduled through November into early December, Brit Brit isn't showing any signs of slowing down, but is definitely slimming down in the process!

Country singer Miranda Lambert is looking fabulous! And it’s no coincidence — she’s taken a personal trainer with her on tour and has been busting her butt!

"She looks amazing," said fiancée Blake Shelton. "She set a goal for herself, worked hard, and I am so proud of her."

Said Miranda:

"My trainer's been kicking my butt. It's not so much losing weight as toning up, getting rid of the jiggles and wiggles. I'm down to a size 6. I had to have all my clothes taken in – so I'm really excited about that."

Lambert’s turning 27 today, and plans to celebrate by going out for pizza with friends and family after the CMAs.

Said Lambert, "I plan to eat! I haven't eaten pizza in 30 days and I can't wait!"
